Hi Gurus,
Recently i found there are lot of alerts coming for average response time being high. On analysing it further found these response times are generally because of background type task. Now i want to remove this background type task transactions from alert configuration. For monitoring we have ITM for mySAP - Vers:6 Rel:20 in in my SAP system.
Does anyone have idea how to do configuration changes for alerts? How ITM collects data and how can some exceptions be addedd for monitoring???
