Problem with Software Component on SPROXY

Former Member

Hi people!!

I´m on CRM, when I access to SPROXY, I don´t see the Software Component SAP ABA. This Software Component is installed on XI and the support package SAPKA62057(SAP ABA) is installed on CRM.

The connection between CRM and Integration Repository is correct.

Somebody could guide me, please??

Useful answers will be rewarded,

Thanks and regards,

Manuel.

You can only see software component with the same version as installed in your system.

Your CRM is 6.20, so you cannot see ABA, as there are no object for version 6.20 available and you cannot see 6.40.

SAP SWVC come with content and already generated proxies. It is not intended to let customers create proxies for SAP SWVC.

If you want to use the interfaces for creating own proxies, copy the content of the SWVC to a customer SWVC.

Stefan

Hi!!

Rajeev: I did it, and occurs the same.

Stefan: Then, although I don´t see ABA, its functionality associated must exist, doesn´t it?

Thanks to all,

Manuel.

Hi Manuel,

just check whether the support packages of SAP ABA are installed on your CRM system which are compliant to SAP ABA installed on your XI System.......

That is what I said: You cannot see ABA in your 6.20 system.

Hi Rajeev,

The package on CRM is SAP_ABA 620 0057 and on XI is SAP ABA 6.40 SP 19.

I think they are not compliant, are they?

If not, how could I solve this?

Thanks and regards,

Manuel.

Hi Manuel,

these packages of SAP ABA are not compliant to each other as XI 6.40 cant run with CRM 6.20........

the only way is to upgrade your CRM system to 6.40, Then your SAP ABA will be displayed in SPROXY of CRM.

Thanks,

Hi again!

Do you know if the support package which provides the ABABusinessPartnersIn/Out belongs to some enterprise service?

Thank and regards,

Manuel.

Hi Manuel,

see in SPROXY, you only see SWC which you see in IR in XI.....so just check whether your SAP ABA is visible in IR......if not, then in IR go to Tools->transfer from SLD-> Import SWC and then import this SAP ABA into IR.....activate it.....Then in SPROXY you can see your this SWC.

Thanks,

Rajeev Gupta

Hi!

The connection with the IR on SPROXY is correct, but I refresh and the connection doesn´t appear.

I have tested the SLDCHECK too and is ok.

The SWC is visible in IR and it's active

I hope this information help you.

Thanks and regards,

Manuel.

Manuel,

One reason might be that the SWCV has been confied to Only Specific users having access to it and smaybe the User id being used in the SPROXY connections do not have the authorizations to it.

Just a gut feeling though.

also check the connection netween the IR and the application system is not properly configured. In the menu bar of transaction SPROXY there is an option to check this connectivity
