Dear All,
I have created a quality notification for customer complaints & completed all tasks & also completed notification before desired end date.
Still in QM10 i am getting this notification in Yellow status. Before it was getting in Red status since i have completed notification after desired end date.
But if i am completing notification before desired end date then it should be in Green status. Can you please let me know how to get this?

This function is based on the ref field monitor in the list of notification QM10.
If u select reference field as “start date/ end date” then the colors in the monitor field signify that
Color Meaning
Green Desired start date not yet reached.
Yellow Desired start date reached, desired end date not yet reached.
Red Malfunction end date exceeded.
If u select reference field as “priority” then the colors in the monitor field signify that
Green medium
Yellow high
Red very high, critical
If you are not select anything then in the list display the exception column is not shown.
