CU60E Problems.

I'm trying to load data from a .csv file into SAP using transaction CU60E. As I started doing this SAP found a few problems with my upload which I corrected and when the file was clean I received a Green note at the bottom that my table was not changed. I can load the information into the table manually so I know the file is good. Could this be an authorization issue? If anyone has run across this problem please let me know how you corrected it.
