Client copy to another system with cross-client data

Hello,

Is it possible to copy client data from one system (PRD) to another (DEV) with cross-client data, but without Transactional data?

If I understand right, Client export/import should be used (SCC8)?

Please go through the below link for the profiles you can use for client copy.

You can use client export (SCC8) or remote client copy Remote copy (SCC9).

But whatever profile I use it won't copy cross-client structure (objects)?

As I understand it can only copy cross-client customizing.

Is that right?

Yes, you have to select the cross client customizing...

Just to make things clear - with cross-client customizing profile it will transfer all Z objects, programs and tables?

Because from this link, first paragraph I can see it is not possible via client copy, whatever profile you use:
