SAP Travel Expense Approval (iOS) "enter your vault password"-loop

Using the latest SAP Travel Expense Approval app on iPad using SUP 2.1.3.

I am stuck at the screen "enter your vault password".

I enter the right password and then the screen moves away and returns to "enter your vault password" immediately.

When I enter a wrong password I get notified about this.

Hi Janssens,

May be vault is corrupted. You can delete the app from device, deploy again and create new vault. Hope this would help.

I had tried deleting the app from the device before. This does not solve the problem.

I also have the issue on an iPhone.

Update:

Using transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG I once got the following error:

..ERROR_INFO

Filtered Tasks not avaibale for Application ID : TEA

In the Travel Expense Approval documentation I see that this:

"The following enhancement spot is available for SAP Travel Expense Approval:

      /GBTRV/TEA_GET_APPLICATION_ID

You can change the Application ID of the application. The default Application ID is TEA."

Maybe this is causing the issue.

What kind of application ID is this, the one I use for the application connection in Sybase Control Center?

Yes may be while opening the vault the application ID is not proper.
Try the one in SCC or the documentation

Workflow task was not set up.

Transaction S_BCE_68002307.

There should be a workflow for Application ID TEA.

I am having a similar issue with the travel expense approval. The travel expenses do not show up on the device after making a connection.

Please how can this be resolved?
