Hello everyone,
I want to report an incident directly from an R3 System (here as test the sap solution manager of a customer) with Menu--> Create Support Message. Now the information says that there is no feedback functionality. Where do I customize this?
Can you give a hint or a step by step how to configure?

If you have Service Desk setup in SSM, you should also specify the location in your satellite system.
Tx SM30, maintain BCOS_CUST, enter your location there.
OSS_MSG - W - YOUR_BCK_RFC - CUST620 - 1.0 would be the format
