Sender email adapter not initialized

Hi experts,

     I have next problem: In RW in channel monitoring I've got a sender email adapter with error "not initialized".

     I have no idea where this error comes from. I am working with SPA PI 7.3. This problem appears in Productive environment, in QA all is ok (the same configuration and no error).

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for your help!!

I have solved it.

I have configured my email url as:

smtp://<ip>

I have changed it to

smtp://smtp.gmail.com

After that, the adapter has begon to work. Then I have changed again to smtp://<ip> and now it is working fine.
