Hello,
we have to import tickets from a 3rd party System (in this case Sharepoint) to Incident Management in Solution Manager 7.1. We didn't found any tool to do this, like for example LSMW and we have no idea how to import the data in AIM. Any ideas, how to do this?

Hi Detlef,
It is possible to integrate external service desk with IM. Pls go through the SPRO steps for more information. However I am not sure whether Sharepoint can be integrated or not. Pls contact SAP for this.
