Not able to go to Sales order Change mode - VA02

Hello All,

I have a sale order of 10 qty. and i have delivered only 5 qty. and invoice 5 quantity only. My sales order ststus is Being processed.

Now when i am trying to go to VA02 it is saying "  The document has already been fully invoiced - Message no. VF017 "

This is a standard message. Please let me the what config. has done for this. Is something is maintained at copy control?

Hi ravi,

       As Suggested by Mr.Lakshmipathi sir  you can check the Completion Rule as ''B'' in your Item Category, this will work.

I did try to do the same but system did allow me .Can you please give the error number.

The control is in your item category (VOV7) with the field "Completion Rule".  From your indication, it should have been "A" assigned currently.  Change this according to your requirement and retry.

My item cat. is standard - TAN and completion rule is Blank ( no value has been assigned)

Status of my document flow is : Order being processed as there is partial delivery.

Please suggest.
