System call to load and initialize functions failed for libodbcHDB.so

Dear SCN Community:

We are deploying SAP rapid deployment solution for sentiment intelligence with SAP HANA.

While running the jobs, the job terminates with error <120103> .

System call <LoadLibrary> to load and initialize functions failed for </usr/sap/hdbclient/libodbcHDB.so>. Ensure the shared27  library is installed and located correctly

Both of the following jobs terminates with the library load error

Job Sentiment_Data_Model

Job_Social_Media_Data
