EIC - inbox email deleted automatically

Dear experts,

We are facing issue in our live system, sometime email is deleting automatically

A user1  opened theemail and set the email back to ready status at 13:20 i.e. user1 did not do anything to email. After that at 13:32, a user 2 opened that, after that email got deleted with out activity creation.

Any help

This is not normal behavior so let me know if you are still having the issue.

Hi Jarret,

It happened only one time then after it did not again.

was looked all config and workflow but no issue found.
