Exit/BADI for classification in notification

Dear Experts,  I am stuck in a problem where i need you kind help.

The need of the Business is that in notification classification before saving the classification data , we need to implement some checks on the data that he has maintained in the Classification then on the basis of that data we have to provide the user a screen where he can input the certain fields. Using those we need to create Suppression/Discontinuation .I found the user exit CLFM0002 for getting the classification data but unfortunately it is already used in some other object.

Please help me in finding some other Exit/Badi.....where the classification data before saving shall be available.

Please also guide me how can i call another screen(Pop-up) before saving the notification.
