IT Service Management - IT News on Home Page

Does anyone know how you can add information to "IT News" on the ITSM Home page in the Web UI?

Hi Jon,

To add messages to  IT-News, just go to the pencil on the right side of the content block:

then type click on New in the screen to add a IT-News:

type the Name and Link of the News:

Click Done and Save.

Hello Jon,

no idea what version  are you using of ITSM, but if you are trying to see the "System News" on the right corner of the web ui screen and nothing shows up, try to check and apply the following note:

1355469 - Application Server Specific System Messages

SM02 messages should be displayed.

Unfortunately,I did not.  We put the project on hold temporarily at the begining of this year so I haven't had a chance to figure out the solution yet.

It looks like it's only for your own news links - which doesnt looks very usefull.

If that is accurate, then I agree with you.  Not useful at all, at least for my company.
