GR/confirmation search not working when PO# is used as search criteria

All,

We upgraded to 7.01 from 7.0 and when we go to do a confirmation via the SHOP tab if we entered a PO# in the search criteria the PO# would show up twice.  If we entered a timeframe the PO would show up only once.  

We then applied a few OSS notes and now the search does not return anything if we use a PO# or the timeframe.  It appears that there are many notes out there for confirmations - but really want to limit the number of post upgrade OSS notes to apply.  

Also when we go to the confirmation screen via the Purchasing tab it works as expected.  

Any suggestions?

hello,

You should look for below when you are checking any notes-

Software

Component Release From

Release To

Release And

subsequent

Also the description of the issue in the note should match with the issue you ar having. Then there are prerequisites for a note. Usually the note takes care of it if not you need to go manually in the note and check them. There is some time than needs to be spent on the note and issue you are having.
