Reimbursement = zero

Hi all,

When I click 'Simulate' on the report screen or 'Results' on the expense listing screen, the trip reimbursement amount shows as zero.

I'm not sure if I customizing correctly the following tables:

V_T706H: Trip Provision: Per Diem for Meals Scaled by Time

V_T706H_C: Trip Provision: Per Diem for Meals/Time per Day

V_T702H: Calc.Guidelines: Per Diem for Meals Scaled by Time

Any suggestion, please?

Error detail:

The trip to be saved entailed no costs

Message no. 56287

Diagnosis

You are using commitments management. Since the trip to be saved does not entail any costs in its present form, no commitment is set up.

Could you help me, please?

Please provide more information:

• What parameters does your PerNr have maintained in Masterdata IT0017?
• What entries did you maintain in the reimbursement tables (concrete values of the parameters please)
• What result do you expect?

For example:

I set a travel request with the following parameters:

Region= 4

TTy. S= 3

TTy. E =4

VeTyp= 2

For those parameters so I have loaded the tables:

V_T706F:

Vehicle Type=2

Trip Country=AR

Trip region= 4

Trip Type S= 3

Trip Type E= 4

Reimbursement Amount = 709

V_706V_D:

Trip Country=AR

Trip region= 4

Trip Type S= 3

Trip Type E= 4

Number of Days=99

Reimbursement Amount = 709
