SNP CIF inbound: updating no fixing flag

Dear experts,

The Customer would like that Planned orders / purchase requisitions created via SNP interaktive planning to be unfixed. For that purpose, we are using the flag " No order fixing" in SNP2 TAB (APO material master) .

What is the best way (for new materials) to have this field automatically populated?

I checked the BADI APOCF005 (CIF INBOUND) but, unfortunately, could not find this field "SNPNOFIX" in the matloc structure.

Hi Pedro,

Other way is to add the field(Append structure) - SNPNOFIX to the structures - /SAPAPO/CIF_MATLOC &   /SAPAPO/CIF_MATLOCX. Then this field will be available in the BADI - BADI APOCF005 (CIF INBOUND).

We also have the functionality to automatically update this flag in the user exit and it works perfectly .

Hi Pedro,

As the field is not existing in standard interface, you may use EXIT_SAPMMDUSER_005 (APOMD005)

In FUNCTION '/SAPAPO/DM_PRODUCTS_MAINTAIN'.
