modifying notification email in grc v10

Hello,

I have a query regarding modification of email notification in grc v10. I modified the text part from SE61 t-code.

But I'm not able to modify the multi value variable PROVISIONING ( %PROVISIONING%) .

When I have many users created or modified, the message looks cluttered ( not enough line spacing ).

Is there a way I can modify PROVISIONING variable?

As I thought, a fix was provided in a Support Pack (SP09), but the note should be manually implementable.

Hello,

Not sure if this issue has been fixed by a SAP note or a Support Pack enhancement, but if the problem still persists raise a call with SAP, as only they can modify the behaviour of the template variable.
