Delete Shopping Cart has booked WBS Element

Dear Expert,

We have shopping cart with WBS element in cost assignment. After create

bid in held status, user find wrong input in SC and deleted the bid.

in Check Status menu, user delete item of this SC, and deleted item has

not appear for a while in display screen.

When we call SC again, the deleted item show again, and we can still

choose deleted button, and the same event would be repeated.

We need to delete this SC, because when we create SC replacement with

same WBS, error showing "Budget Exceeded" as if WBS element booked by old SC.

Pls, help how to delete Shopping cart to released booked of WBS Element. Screen capture attached

Hello Irwan,

As you mentioned that your user have deleted the Bid that mean Shopping cart must be in Carry Out Sourcing (i.e. Sourcing cockpit). Strategic purchaser under whom this cart is showing up in Carry out sourcing request them to click on Complete / Reject button for that shopping cart which will turn status of Shopping cart as complete (i.e no longer needed).
