unable to freeze columns in ALV report

I am hoping that somebjody has experienced this problem.

We have SAP GUI 7.20 and ERP 6.0.

I have two users in accounting that when they try to freeze columns in any report painter report the columns will not freeze. They can go to a completely different PC and the frreeze/unfreeze of the column works. I can log into their sapgui and execute the same report and the freeze/unfreeze of the columns doesn't work. So I have come to the conclusion that the problem is isolated to the sapgui on the workstations. But I have not been able to resolve the issue.

I have tried rebooting the workstation and have also tried resetting the SAP GUI to defaults. I have also tried deleting the cache. Nothing seems to work.

I could try and reinstall the SAP GUI on the workstation, but I was hoping somebody would have a better resolution.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi, did you eventually manage to resolve the problem? I am having the same issue.
