Customer Hierarchy Report

Hi Experts

Can some one help to get the report to track  customer hierarchy changes,Deletion of nodes, Since SAP does not have table maintained the change logs of customer hierarchy.

We also need to track the user details who has done the changes,is there any other solution to get this report

There is no change log table.

You can use KNVH table to check by Validity dates.

Did you check t.code XD04? You can also check in tables CDHDR and CDPOS for changes made in customer master object. These tables are also used in t.code AUT10-Audit trail report, which can be used to check the changes.
