STMS change requests without description

Hi,

I have in STMS trx some change requests without any descriptive text

Is there any way to update it, I try with refresh button but won't work

Solved in trx STMS by using CTRL+SHIFT+F12 (personal setting button) and selecting the check box "Read missing texts from data file".

After this the short text appeared in STMS

[adolfo_eduardo_hernandez_]

STMS short text does not match SE10 description

Hi Zapgui,

If the transport is not yet released, you can make the change through transaction SE01. Put in the transport number, view it and go to "Edit" mode.

If the transport is released, then you can't edit the description of it. What you can do is again start from development system, make a copy of it and send it across landscape. The original one will be in Quality if released from Dev. Dont carry it forward, instead transport the new one with description.

You will  not be able to add/change texts from the released transports.

Alternatively, in development you can make a copy the transport number and add the text/documentation.
