Widget System Monitoring in Solman 7.1

Hello all,

we want to use the widget for system monitoring in our SOLMAN-system.

We configured it like this how-to-guide:

When we start the widget, we get the following error:

„Failed to get System Status List“

Reason: Datenanforderung fehlgeschlagen

Grund: Internal Server Error

Do you have any ideas ?

This functionality not supported by SAP. they might be looking something else.

I used to have the same disappointing result, until I found this link. It's slightly different from the one you used, but maybe it contains the solution for you also. I've got it running fine ever since I followed this guide.

thanks for the link, but I still get the same error.

By testing the WebService URL http://hostname:80[SID]/sap/bc/srt/rfc/sap/ai_tmon_overview_service/XXX/z_widget_monitor/binding_wid... in transaction SICF I got a blank browser side.

Is this correct ?

Too bad it didn't work out for you. I'm afraid I can't help you any further.

But I did check the Web Service URL in a browser and got the same result: a blank browser screen.

Hi,

it is fine that test webservice shows the blank screen.

here might be with the authoirsation issue, please do check the user has enough auth, also check the auth for user SM_Extern_Ws.

please check and update.

Apologies for posting on the old message .

Does any body able to resolve  the issue for getting a blank page when we click on the System in the widget . .

Auth for SM_EXTERN_ES and th euser executing the widget has enough authorisation .
