not able to process the gods issue for a delivery with the goods issue date in the past

I have a situation, where the delivery was created in the august and goods issue date was also in the august, goods were picked, but goods issue was not carried out. now when the users want to dot eh goods issue, system cannot process further, becuse of the posting periods have been closed.

tried to change the goods issue date to current date to complete it, but it gave this error :

No items that are to be picked were found

Message no. L3124

Diagnosis

This delivery does not contain any open items that require picking.

This can result from the following conditions:

• The delivery item is not assigned to the warehouse number you entered.
• The delivery item is not assigned to the plant you entered.
• The picking status of the delivery item is marked "not relevant" or "picking complete"

but there was no link to the warehouse. could you all please suggest me how to complete this delivery.

Do you mean to say warehouse is not implemented ?  But the error says, the issue is related to warehouse and you need to check the following note:-

• Note 1635409 - Delivery is not showing as relevant for Warehouse Management
