Unable to Activate "Use system user as Email Sender" in Cfolder for Triggering Email

Hi Experts

We have enabled the Emails for SAP Cfolders. We have Created the System user in SAP Cfolders which has also been created in SAP SRM system

.We have assigned the Role SAP_CFX_EMAIL_SYSTEM_USER to the system user CFXEMAIL4290 Which we have created. But when we are trying to Login in to cfolder and trying to Enable system user -- " Use system user as Email Sender".and Activate Summary Emails . We are Unable to Check it as it remains Unchecked..

Please help me out in this issues

Hi,

With which user you are logging to C-folder in the above screen.

Try logging in with a dialogue user ID to C-folder and make sure the user ID has the role "SAP_CFX_NETWORK_ADMINISTRATOR".
