Data transfer from development to quality and production.

Dear all,

i am new to sap , i am doing out-put determination in development server,

as transport request is generated at time of creating access -seq ,

but not while creating output type and o/p procedure and assignment .

then how the data is moved to quality and then to production?

Dear Naidu,

i think u are doing in sand-box ,

in sand-box requests are not generated,

where as in development if u create then requests will be generated ,u can transport them to quality.

Hi Naidu,

This can so happen if the client is marked as "Changes without automatic recording" in SCC4.

As there are two types of Transport Request

1. Workbench Request

2. Customizing Request

As the Access Sequence is Cross client object so in that case TR has been generated but as the client is mark as I have mentioned will not generated the Customizing TR as these are Client dependent object.
