SLA - Duration not appling to Due by

Hi all

Solution Manager 7.1 SP4

Duration calculating correctly but "Due by" not changing...

Applied SLA notes with latest versions :

0001659388 ITSM: incorrect SLA calculation for time zones

0001674375 SLA: Customer durations not applied correctly

0001681942 SLA: Due date not updated with customer durations

0001705846 SLA Escalation while not responsible or available

0001757571 SLA: Change of priority leads to incorrect calculation

0001772624 Incorrect calculation MPT percentage

0001681942 - not solving the problem...

Any help or information will be greatfull
