How to sync web application passwords with SAP GUI?

Good day!

We would like to request your advice regarding the following issue:

Recently, we found that the passwords we use to access our ECC Sandbox's XCM and Netweaver are out of sync with the password we use to access the main SAP gui. Even our Superuser account with that same password cannot access the XCM and the Netweaver. Upon checking the status of the J2ee user we normally use for the XCM and Netweaver, we found that the account has not been changed. With this, may we ask if you are familiar with this issue, and there are steps we can take in order to ensure that our Web applications' passwords are in sync with the password we have set in SAP?

Good day!

The issue is that while we can properly access SAP GUI, we cannot access our web applications (XCM and Netweaver) even though both of them have the same passwords. We believe they are out of sync, as we didn't see any changes in SU01. Can you help us with this issue?
