Mail form in SP6

Hello Solman users,

How can I use Mail forms created and configured using crm ui in SPPFCADM tcode in actions definitions ? SMARTFORMS tcode is not pleasent and translating the smartforms using  SE63 tcode does not work properly.

It is possible to use mail forms in action profile ZMIN_STD ?

Thanks for document, but I`d like to use new features from SP06 . I have configured Mail form using

CRM UI, and want assigned this form on the sap logon site, but I can`t see already define mail form. How to achieve this ?

hi,

thats nice.. havent trail yet,

have you try to change the processing types as others like "workflow" instead of "smart form", try out with workflow.

better check with crm forum too.

Do update the solution.
