How to make status online?
Hello,
Are you SAP customer?
If YES, please run checks recommended in SAP note 1482012 & post the results of the checks.
What is the version of the database? Is database online?
If the database is online =>
What are the database users? < select * from users >
Could you connect to the database?
<
Test, for example:
dbmcli -d <DB-name> -u <dbm-user>,<pwd>
<enter>
sql_connect <SYSDBA-user>,<pwd>
<enter>
sql_release
sql_connect <DBA-user>,<pwd>
<enter>
exit
>
Check if you have corrupted indexes in the database.
