How to use IBM Websphere MQ channel for JMS client

Hello Everyone,

This is a JMS adapter to Idoc scenario.

I have to receive messages from my Partner who is within the network, but only allows IBM Websphere to connect to them.

I am not able to connect to them directly via JMS client . They have restricted to connect to there server via MQ client only.

Now, is it possible to connect JMS client to MQ client and then fetch data from there server.

so , its like Partner -> MQ client -> SAP PI JMS Adapter -> SAP R/3.

In your case, does the data from Partner is received to MQ client.if Yes

IBM Websphere MQ->PI JMS Adapter(Sender-IBM MQ series)->SAP R/3

Hello Baskar,

In my case the partner says that we can only connect to them via MQ channel and not via Client .

Be it MQ cleint or JMS client. So, they are asking us to purchase MQM ( IBM Websphere MQ) to connect to them.

I am not sure, if we really need it here.
