Cumulative Inventory -0, deliveries exist, can not PGI

Product is available, existing orders have ATP’d against and created deliveries.  New orders have created and now no inventory available to ATP against.  Inventory is in negative amount now.  Can not PGI against existing deliveries that created where that ATP’d stock is inventory available for those orders.

Example:

Inventory level 100

1^st Order for 100, ATP’d against 100, delivery created

Inventory level 0

2^nd order for 1, will not ATP

Inventory level -1

Unable to PGI 1^st order.  What/where are the settings that control this logic?  Unable to ship product available.

Hi,

If Cum ATP is negative, you need to do rescheduling. See note 153355.

You may also run report SDRQCR21 from note 25444 to make sure there is no inconsistencies in your system.

Please also check your ATP checking scope in transaction OVZ9. Maybe "include sales requiement" should be removed for delivery checking rule B. See note 36520.

You have to provide more information like when you click on post goods issue button, what error message you have got, what is the delivery status, whether it is credit blocked or not etc.
