Error in Access Request GRC 10.0

Dear Friends,

    I'm trying to create an access request to a new user but i found this errors.

1.-Request submit failed; error in MSMP submit method

2.-No match found for the given context

Note: Workflows configuration are enabled.

Hi Luis,

Please check that the  WF-BATCH user has  SAP_ALL  and also check that th workflow

customizing tasks are done correctly.

Can you provide more details around what have you configured in your MSMP and what are you requesting in the Access request.

Dear,

     My configuration (MSMP) is divided into three stages, the first is GRAC_MANAGER, the second is GRAC_ROLEOWNER and the last GRAC_SECURITY and this enabled.

And I´m Trying to create a new account.

have you created any custom BRF+ initiator rule or using the standard one?

also,

Kindly check that you have enabled the Event Linkage for the Access Request activity under the

IMG => Governance Risk and Compliance => General Seetings => Workflow => Perform Task

speciifc customizing.

All the services here should be activated relating to the Workflows we want GRC application to

generate.Refere to the post-installation guide for the same.

Also check that the WF-Batch user has SAP- ALL assigned to it.
