Dear colleagues,

"DBA cockpit connection CL1 cannot be established" warning is received on step 4 "Enter System Parameters" in Managed system wizard of solman_setup.

The detailed message is "

The connection 'CL1' is not set up correctly.
Expand Node
SQL error 10054: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0]TCP Provider: An existing connection was forcibly closed b

"

I was tryng to specify credentials for SQL authentication and I was also tryed with Windows Authentication but without success.

I am using Solution manager 7.1 SP4

I need to have it configured otherwise "Status propagated fro database" in Technical monitoring shows red status

Can you please give me some suggestions what might be the problem?

Best regards,

Magdalena

hi,

it is the DB schema user, for instance in our case oracle db, so the schema user SAPSR3 and give the password.

run dbacockpit in the solution manager, if this failed case, you can get the schema name there.

Please update.

Thanks,

Jansi
