Cannot accept Quotation in service order.

Dear Experts,

I have created service order and created Quotation (Transaction = DP80).

But I'm unable to accept the quotation in the service order change mode. Following error coming,

The reference is incomplete and cannot be referenced

Message no. V2021

Diagnosis

The reference document is incomplete.

Procedure

Complete the reference document. To do this, display the in completion log and process the missing data.

Is there any missing config in SD?

Hi ,

That means the Quotation Document was Incomplete(May be some of the Fields in that document is Mandatory).

Open that quotation and check once again.
