am getting this error " Unprocessed queues still exist for HU 34; HU WT not possible" when i try to create a WT for inbound delivery.
what will be the issue?
Hi Jobi,
The system creates the IB02 if the auto mark is present on the IB01 in the POSC. Please check that you have the following marks on your inbound POSC:
Seq Number Step Auto.WT Prod/HU WT Duration Unit
1 IB01 X X 2 MIN
2 IB02 X 2 MIN
3 IB03 2 MIN

Concerning the note, from what I can see it is relevant for layout-oriented storage control and not for Process oriented storage control (POSC) in which you have your issue. Besides that it is quite old (05.2011) and you should check to see what package you have installed right now for your SCM system - you might already have it installed.
All the best,

Jobi,
Please check SPRO for - "Define Attributes for Deconsolidation"
And "Specify Deconsolidation Station"
Also check SMQ2 and for failed WT message post the slg1 log here.
From your posts before looks like it is failing to create WT for the move which means either it cant find the rules or the destination bin.
Please check if you have any weight/volume limits in the decon staging bins.
If this is a test system, can you please create a new delivery/HU and on GR complete just post back the WT failure log?
Looks like the HU you are working with has been corrupted with so many different attempts from above.
If we can fix the root cause for the first failure we can get your processes flowing the way they should.
Hi Jobi,
Can you please send the below information?
From monitor:
Can you please send a snapshot of Inbound delivery with WTs visible in the bottom pane?
Also
Can you please send the monitor inventory snapshot for GR bin and product in the HU
Also
For GR bin can you please send the monitor snapshot for the product->Documents->All Movements for Product?
Also from /SCWM/PRDI list the delivery and from more methods menu choose "Display Change Documents"
With this we can see when/where the HU is being double decremented or if its just the inventory in GR bin that is corrupt for this product which is causing this.
Can you check by changing Prod/HUWT indicator for IB02 instead of IB01. Also you checked rule based search for IB02, have you activated any Badi to select IB02 destination for deconsolidation.
Else, you provide destination storage type/storage bin in POSC setting iteself and then check. Also, have you created work center and assigned storage bins for in work center attribute for decon operations.
Normal process in standard would be unloading, GR, then decon (closing new/old HU), then final putaway.
Hope this will help.
Thanks,
Sandip
Hi Jobi
Your storage process steps and flag seem to be ok. I checked against the decon config in my system they align.
Can you please check these configurations? I see you don't have the destination specified for process step IB01. Which is one thing I noticed and based on how you are unloading this could be causing issues.
Hi Jobi,
Check if any queue is in error status pertaining to HU number in SMQ2. Try to find out why the queue is stucked or delet the queue and then again create WT for inbound delivery.
Let me know, if this solves your problem.

Sandip

Hi Jobi,
Check whether HU is having any open WT in monitor. I assume that you have finished your unloading and goods receipt. If this is pending (IB01) then system will not open IB02. Also check your storage control and putaway setting. Best option to check using ADHU, where you will come to know about exact error.

Sandip
Hi Jobi,
I know it is kind of awkward to ask you this right now but still, in the queue what was the error message that did not permit the system to create the WT?
The second error, the one IB02 refers to the fact that the WT was initially generated but now, as the first WT has not been confirmed it cannot find the product in the bin in which it should be. My advice would be to try and create the first WT (I suppose it is IB01 WITH 3065 warehouse process type) manually in the /SCWM/ADHU - Move Handling Unit and then try again with the second one.

Claudiu Maxim

but from here i can't move.... Unprocessed queues still exist for HU 34; HU WT not possible
Will Note 1539308 - Error message /SCWM/L3020 is issued in error note help you?

Stock is not there in HU, I don't understand what the problem is.
what I feel is
negative qty is due to GR-ZONE is not updated with stock
how to rectify this.?

Hi Jobi,
The product in question needs to be maintained in the Product master data with:
- Putaway control indicator (value 01 in most cases)
- Proc.Type Det. Ind. (the one defined in customizing Extended Warehouse Management - Goods Receipt Process - Strategies - Storage Type Search - Define Putaway Control Indicator and then Specify Storage Type Search Sequence for Putaway)
Both of them are maintained in the Warehouse data tab. Please check if you have them maintained. Now, if these parameters are maintained then the system searches for the correct bin using the PACI search sequence and the sorting of the storage bins. I would suggest that you run a bin sorting for the destination storage type (using /SCWM/SBST - Sort Storage Bins). If you still get the message then in most cases you do not have an empty bin in the destination storage type.
If the above does not suffice then do specify manually the destination bin and see if the system gives you a different error. In many cases this is the way to flush out the real error in determining the destination bin.
All the best,
Claudiu Maxim
Hi Jobi,
So, if you use 1011 as the warehouse process type then you will skip over the deconsolidation step (as I see it to be unnecessary because of the fact that you have a single product in a single HU) and specify the final putaway bin; so the process will be completed. If you want to keep to your process steps and transfer the HU in the deconsolidation work center then you need to use the 3060 Warehouse process type, specify your specific deconsolidation bin (ex. bin DEKO) which is allocated to you deconsolidation work center. You can check/configure which bin is assigned by following the customizing path Extended Warehouse Management - Master Data - Work Center - Define Work Center. If no bin is assigned then you can move the HU in either bin from the specific Warehouse storage type allocated to the work center.
Now, considering that you follow the path of IB02 then you will have to create manually the WT with 3060 warehouse process type, destination bin (as specified above) and the Storage Process relevant option to continue with your POSC. After this transfer, in the deconsolidation station you will have to push the Process Completed button at HU level and the system will put the IB02 Process step completed at the HU Detail 1 tab level. Afterwards, if POSC is ok the system will automatically generate the putaway WT (with 1011 warehouse process type)
If you do not want to go trough all of that, concerning deconsolidation, you can directly putaway your HU by manually creating the WT with the 1011 process type. The deconsolidation step does not always have to be done in POSC and it can be skipped, unlike 3065 IB01 unloading and 1011 IB03 putaway.
All the best,
Claudiu Maxim
Hi Jobi,
I see what you mean, the step is IB01 and you want to transfer the goods in deconsolidation station. Normally this would be the 3065 WT (regarding IB01) but it can work if you leave it like so. Practically the system skips the 3065 task and does the next one which is 3060.
Please try it like this and tell me if it works. If not instead of 3060 you put 3065 and instead of 8010 DCON-BIN you put 9010 GR-ZONE.
All the best,
Claudiu
Hi Jobi,
Sorry for the late response, given the fact that the warehouse process type is 1011 (as I suppose is the case) the system cannot confirm the unloading directly from the ID. You have to take it from the POSC point of view. So, if I recall correctly your POSC consists of the following:
1. IB01
2. IB02
3. IB03
For the IB01 (Unloading step) the system creates the task/s automatically when you set the status In Yard or when the TU is checked as being at the Checkpoint. If the system doesn't create the task automatically please check the Auto mark from the POSC definition on step IB01; this must be present. In any way, if the system does not automatically generate the WT for loading then you simply go to the Follow On Functions in the ID menu and select Warehouse Task. You then generate the WTs manually by clicking the Create+Save. If it can't find a destination bin then you manually select one (this will be the final putaway bin) from the list in the Tab Default Values.
If all goes according to the above the system creates the unloading WT and (if the POSC has the correct marks) and the Putaway WT (IB03) with the status B Waiting.
You confirm the IB01 WT and the system generates an IB02 WT in order to move the goods in the deconsolidation Work Center. You confirm this Task and go into the DEKO Work Center and tick the Process Completed while the HU is selected.
Afterwards the system activates the IB03 WT and you can saffely put the goods away.
Please get back to me if you have further issues.
All the best,
Claudiu Maxim
