Problem in solution manager 7.1 sp4 in system preparation

Hi,

i am configuring new solution manager 7.1 SP 04 but i stuck in system preparation phase in Connect Diagnostics Agent step. i have already installed Diagnostic agent. also find attached here SLD agent candidate screen shot.

while i connect Diagnostic Agent getting error .

SOAP:1.007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 401 : Unauthorized")

Web service invocation problem on host udnwebdr.solchemtech.com and port 8002 protocol : http logical port name : LP_WS_SMDAGENT_MONITORING

and also i used the sap note no. 1663549 and also done the SOAMANAGER UI configuration.

Hi Shiv,

It seems some authorisation error as it is showing HTTP 401 error... So Please check which user you are using.. there should be a SMDADMIN user which you can try using to configure..

is this user SMD_ADMIN or SMDADMIN ?

and where and whatever configuration we need to use this user id ?

SMD_ADMIN is system type user and SMD_ADMIN unable to login on solman system. so kindly give me guidance where i put this user to resolve the my issue.

Can you assign the same auth of SMD_ADMIN to the user which you are using for solman_setup and try
