Introscope host adapter error in mamanged system configuration in solman 7.1

Hi Experts,

I am running managed system configuration for one of the managed system in Solman 7.1. In configure automatically step I am getting error in instroscope host adapter step. Error states as"Technical System LCV/LIVE_CACHE could not be found in Landscape API" . But for few of the managed system this step has completed successfully. Also when I checked at OS level in LCV, the process for hostagent is running.

Please suggest what could be the cause of this error.

may i knw the status of the landscape verification tool for the managed system, is t green, of not

please run the landscape verification tool under "configure system" /"configure Scenario" , once you all are green , this would be fine seems.

Hi Jansi,

Thanks for the reply, the problem seems to be resolved now. I reexecuted the create user step and updated authorization for SMDAGENT_SID user then rerun the introscope host adapter step. This step has come green now 🙂
