Unable to import roles in to CUP GRC 5.3

Hi Experts,

I am Unable to import roles in to CUP GRC 5.3, Already roles exists in CUP, i have exported them and saved as it is with same name.

I have changed approvers names, checked option overwrite existing and i am trying to import that excel sheet, but there is no change in the screen.

Approvers names havent been chnaged.

we have CUP with SP17 patch 11, GRC 5.3

Please help.

What is the file format are you uploading the roles?

I haven't changed any file format, i have exported the file which is excel, and i have saved same file with out changing name and format, i have updated approver's  name and file is in same name and format, but when i am trying to import...nothing getting imported.

please advise

Hello !

The problem is on your browser, you need to use Internet Explorer 5 or below.

In my case I have a Virtual Machine of Windows XP and i uploaded the roles from there.
