HR Photo not displaying - missing authorizations

Hi

I have configured data with employee photo , But with authorization SAP_ALL , it is possible to  see photo in PA30.

But then I create a z-role ( with some HR transaction for end-user ) these users can not see photo in PA30 any more

I have tried to locate the missing authorizations using su53. But its not possible. (Since PA30 t-code is functioning. Only thing is it not shows the PHOTO)

How can i find out. what are the missing authorizations to displaying this photo

Give Authorizations to this object. It will be ok
