User login language not displaying in Q Info record Status Profile field

User login language is not displaying in Q Info record, "Status Profile" field in Status tab, even though the login language is also maintained in the assigned Status Profile during creation time (multiple languages). For eg, if login language is EN, the display in Status Profile field is in DE. But if we click on "status" display tab for detail of the profile, the same will be displayed in EN. What might be the reason for this inconsistency?

Hi Vineeth,

I believe, it should display status profile in logon language and it's not really not a inconsistency but it's because SAP has a provision to maintain texts/descriptions of SAP objects in multiple languages in SPRO.

Like here in case of Status Profile, if you double click on your particular Status Profile (Tcode-BS02) & click on Goto --> Translation --> Maintained Languages; system will list down all languages in which this status is maintained. Also, click on Goto --> Translation --> Status Translation, it will ask you to display language in which you want to display statuses.

Check again & confirm.
