How to extract GRC Ruleset

Hi, we have a requirement to extract our GRC rule set as noted below. We need to get the below category rule set extracted to a .csv file. Please let me know the process to extact the GRC ruleset?

I can only speak for GRC 5.3. Go to the Rule Architect tab, Utilities, export rules. The categories you mentioned will be found in the downloaded file
