we need to add new field on Supplier information tab as shown in screen shot

Did you refer very nice document prepared by Ricardo Romero to add fields on SC and POWL.

Please go through it and you should be able to add fields as per your requirement.

I have the same problem. I want to add a custom field in output tab of PO Header. Did you find the solution?

Yes, I have used implicit enhancement and added field
