Country vs Region in Vendor Record

Hi Guys,

we have noticed that when a country has a region assigned and the region has not been selected on the vendor record, the country is not sent in the Vendor Record XML. This fails in the backend (working as designed)

However, it is fine if the country has no regions; the country tag is filled in the XML.

Is this working as designed?

This is not the standard SAP functionality.May this logic is being particularly maintained in your extraction program.

Hi Rajesh,

it seems to be standard if the regions are loaded into Sourcing, then you also need to use them and the country will not be transferred unless a region has been selected from the list.
