SAP PI Problem occurred while performing synchronization

Hello,

I am testing SAP disaster recovery ERP, BI, PI SAP Portal, CRM. All environments started well, except PI system.

After database replication when we try to startup SAP PI, abap engine runs well, but java engine returns the error:

"[Bootstrap]> Problem occurred while performing synchronization".

I hope you can help me.

A configuration with the path "cluster_config/system/instances/ID82603" and cid "unknown" does not exist.
A configuration with the path "cluster_config/system/instances/current_instance/bin" and cid "unknown" does not exist.

Can you check the node ID on your  target PI Java configtool?.

Thanks for you reply. In config tool i have 2 instances:

Instance - ID237430 (SRVPRDXI1)

Instance - ID321008 (SRVPRDXI2)

PI DR system has been copied from production. Do i need to change some configurations?

Without knowing your DR scenario is hard to give you advice...  I can see that you have successfully replicated other Java systems to your DR site without issues.

Node info seems incosistent, how did you recover the engine?

Hi Juan,

Problem is solved. Thanks for guiding me to the right direction.

For some reason parameter j2ee/instance_id was pointing to the wrong ID (ID82603), then i change it to ID237430 and did some changes in config tools.
