Tendering - Two-envelope bidding with CPPR external requirement

We are implementing CPPR with tendering (two-envelope) bidding in SRM 7.1 and ECC 6.4, when an RFx is created for external requirement then clicking "Technical RFx" in RFx sourcing cockpit opens a blank page.

We raised SAP support ticket and the response "Tendering scenario is not supported through CPPR. The only option to realize this functionality is to apply customer enhancement." Refer note 1670096.

Any idea please how to tackle this issue.

Tendering (Two envelope bidding) is supported for process only PR -> Transfer to Central System (CPPR) -> Shopping Cart -> RFx -> PO

Its is not supported for PR -> Create RFX (CPPR) -> RFx, in case of direct creation of RFx tendering documents are not created.

Therefore first transfer to central systems and the creation of RFx for the shopping cart will serve the purpose.
