Dear all,
For calibration of any test equipment
we have 4-inspection points, in which 4 samples for each
Measured value, before adjustment, after adjustment, Correction factor
Out of these four values, only from after adjustment value needs to compare target value and error
Rest of the values needs for reporting purpose.
Example:
Equipment-Pressure gauge, range (0 to 16 kg/cm2)
Inspection point | Measured value | Before adjustment | Correction factor | After adjustment | Error in % |
Calibration on 4 kg/cm2 | 4 | 3.8 | 1 | 4 | 0 |
Calibration on 8 kg/cm2 | 8 | 7.9 | 1 | 8 | 0 |
Calibration on 12 kg/cm2 | 12 | 12 | 1 | 12.1 | 1 |
Calibration on 16 kg/cm2 | 16 | 16 | 1 | 16 | 0 |
We want to create 4 MIC’s for each equipment in task list not more than that, and want to calculate error on % between after adjustment and target value only rest of the sample values only for calibration report.
Is there any solution regarding this.
Regards
Pradeep yadav
Dear Pradeep
Yes it is possible.
Create four MICs for
Chars 1)Meaured Value
2) Before Adjustment
3) After Adjustment
4) Error.
Char "Error" must be calculted char whose valuse get calculated acco. to your foumula.

Hi,
In my opinion, you have following two option:
1. Create a z-report where in you can calculate the error in % .
2. Use the BAdi (QE_SAVE), which is called at the time of saving of results wherein you can get an information about "error in %" for the MIC's and it can be stored in some z-table / standard table.
