Hi Akhilesh,
There can be possibly two reasons
1: I think you have mistakenly selected some default form template under data tab in form properties.
remove this from here and it will work fine.
2: There may be some problem in your Adobe LiveCycle Designer that is installed onyour machine.
Try to open the same form from some other users login and machine. If it works you will be sure whether your ALD is properly installed or not.
It may sound a bit stupid but sometimes simply restarting the computer does the trick for you.
Hope it helps.

Hi Akhilesh,
It seems that your template is set to find a specific file.
Check:
SFP -> template you are using -> Layout -> in Adobe LiveCycle screen select the menu Edit -> Form
Properties -> tab Preview -> "Data file"
Is there any entry in here? If yes, remove it.
Another place is:
SFP -> template you are using -> Layout -> in Adobe LiveCycle screen select the menu View -> XML Source -> do a CTRL + F by WSDL
Remove the found entries
It seems that your template or ALC settings try to find a file that does not exist anymore.
Regards,
Diego
