no segment "e_mail" in DELVRY03 outbound delivery idoc

Hi Guys

i'm creating a standard DELVRY03 idoc from delivery document using message type SHPORD and try to fill the following partner function fields:

Ship-to:

E1ADRM1.TELEPHONE1

E1ADRM1.TELEFAX

E1ADRM1.E_MAIL

Case1: Sold-to is equal Ship-to

Case2: Sold-to is different as Ship-to

result:

both fields telephone1 and telefax are filled with proper data, but the field E_MAIL is empty, althogh email addresses are maintained in the sold-to and ship-to customer master data.

any ideas what could be the reason?
