ReplenishmentOrderNotification_OUT triggering conditions

Hi all,

In which case ReplenishmentOrderNotification_OUT will get triggered.

I am trying to change the Delviery date ,shipping date but still it is not triggering RON_Out.

Which data I need to change so that RON_Out will get triggered.Do i need to save the PO or Publish the PO in WEB UI so that the above XML will get triggered in SNC.

Hi Shailesh,

Check below validation checks are active or not.

Path SPRO >> Supply Network Collaboration>>Basic Settings >> Validation >> SAP Standard Settings >> Display Settings for Standard Validation Profiles

Profile:POC3

Validation check:PO_ACCEPTED_CONF_PUBLISH

Profile:POC3

Validation check:PO_PUBLISH_CHANGED_ITEMS

Profile:POC3

Validation check:PO_PUBLISH_ACCEPTED_ITEMS

IF they are not active then follow below steps to maintain

SPRO >> Supply Network Collaboration>>Basic Settings >> Validation >> Own Settings >> Maintain Settings in Validation Profiles

Profile:POC3

Validation check:PO_ACCEPTED_CONF_PUBLISH

Status:Active

Profile:POC3

Validation check:PO_PUBLISH_CHANGED_ITEMS

Status:Active

Profile:POC3

Validation check:PO_PUBLISH_ACCEPTED_ITEMS

I have maintained the above settings but still after changing the delivery date RON_Out is not getting triggered.

Can you please guide me what could be wrong?

Hi Shailesh,

Have you mainted the Approval Profile settings?

a. SPRO > SNC > Purchase Order > Make General Settings for POs > Create Approval Profiles

b. SPRO > SNC > Purchase Order > Make General Settings for POs > Assign Approval Profiles

HI SM,

When you are creating the ASN in WEbUI do you get any error log ?.

What dates you are using, is it current.  Can you check if you have activated the

time series Data management SMI001 SCM basis-->time series Datamanagement-->Configure Time Series Data Management

The time series should be active and Valid till future date.  If not then ASN will get saved but will not trigger RON-out.
